Why Regular Maintenance Is Important

So, why is regular maintenance important?

Many individuals don't like the idea of scheduling routine maintenance. Whether it's changing the oil in your car, your home's air conditioner, or even going to the dentist, maintenance can seem like something we are too busy for or simply can't afford. Just like having the oil changed in your car and regular check ups with your dentist, having your heating and cooling system checked regularly can actually save you money in the long run.
You want your heating and cooling system running efficiently when you need it most.
It may not feel like it, but in just a few short weeks we will be in the full swing of summer temperatures. Unfortunately, this is when your air conditioning system is working the hardest and is most likely to break down. You can never fully insure that your system will not break down on the hottest days of summer, but a service maintenance check can help identify any possible issues and help you avoid suffering through the summer heat with no A/C. In addition, when you sign up for a service maintenance agreement, you automatically are placed as a priority customer and will be in the front of the line if you need service!
Most HVAC contractors work 12 hour days during the peak of the summer heat just trying to keep up with summer demand. By purchasing a service maintenance agreement your system is less likely to break down. If your system does have a problem, you will know that you have an HVAC tech you can trust and will service your system right away.
